Our Second Prize High School West winner is Arundathi Nair - a 10th grader at Laramie High School in Laramie, Wyoming. In her winning entry titled "Freedom of Expression is a Human Right, Censorship a Human Wrong", she tells us about the First Amendment and the freedom of speech.
