The House passed H.R. 5133, amended, to improve the procedures and remedies for the prevention of insider trading. The House agreed to the conference report on H.R. 2342, to authorize appropriations for the Coast Guard for FY88. The House continued consideration of H.R. 5210, to prevent the manufacturing, distribution, and use of illegal drugs.
