House Session - February 20, 1990

The House agreed to suspend the rules and passed H. Con. Res. 250, amended, condemning the deliberate and systematic human rights violations of the Government of Haiti. The House passed H.J. Res. 472, to express support for Chile’s transition to democracy. The House passed H.Con. Res. 258, congratulating the President of Honduras, Rafael Callejas, on his election and offering good wishes for the success of his administration.
