House Session - March 22, 1990

The House made technical changes and corrected enrollment errors in the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1990, and made technical changes in the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, FY 1990 and 1991. The House agreed to H. Res. 362, directing the General Counsel to the Clerk of the House to withdraw the Brief for the Speaker and Leadership Group of the U.S. House of Representatives in Support of Jurisdictional Statements pending a full and proper review by the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group. The House passed H.R. 3581, the Rural Economic Development Act of 1989.
