House Session - April 24, 1990

The House passed H. Res. 354, which expressed the sense of the House of Representatives regarding United States military assistance to the Republic of Liberia. The House also passed H.Con. Res. 290, expressing the sense of Congress that Jerusalem is and should remain the undivided capital of Israel, with free and open access to all people and all religions. The House passed H.R. 3961, to redesignate the federal building in Birmingham, AL as the Robert S. Vance Building and the United States Courthouse.
