DHS Secretary Mayorkas Impeachment Resources
House Session - October 20, 1990

The U.S. House of Representatives met for further business. The House failed to agree to the conference report on H.R. 5311, making appropriations for the District of Columbia, and rejected the Dannemeyer motion to recommit the conference report to the conference committee. The House agreed to the conference report on H.R. 5158, making appropriations for the Departments of Veterans' Affairs and Housing and Urban Development and adopted the Traxler (D-MI) amendment to recede and concur. The House receded from its disagreement and concurred with the Senate in several amendments. The House agreed to the Senate amendment to H.Con.Res. 381, to correct the enrollment of H.R. 4151, to authorize appropriations for FY91-FY94 to carry out the Head Start Act, the Follow Through Act, and the Community Services Block Grant Act.
