House Rules Committee Considers National Security Supplemental Legislation
House Session - February 21, 1991

Members of U.S. House of Representatives took up consideration of HR-586 bill user suspension of the rules. The measure would require the administration to issue monthly reports to congress on the cost of Gulf War and the contribution of the allies. The House agreed to the motion to lay on the table H. Res. 19, calling for the submission to the House of Representatives of certain information regarding Operation Desert Shield.
