House Session - April 24, 1991

The House agreed to H.Res. 132, electing Representative Levin of Michigan to the Committee on the District of Columbia. The House also passed two resolutions establishing a national historical site and a national monument. They passed resolutions declaring National Tourism Week, Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, and Foster Care Month in May. The House agreed to S.Con. Res. 31, providing for a conditional recess or adjournment of the Senate from Thursday, April 25, 1991 or Friday, April 26, 1991, until Monday, May 6, 1991, or Tuesday, May 7, 1991.
