House Session - October 29, 1991

The House passed H.R. 3543, to make dire emergency supplemental appropriations and transfers for relief from the effects of natural disasters, for other urgent needs, and for incremental costs of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1992. The House voted to suspend the rules and passed H.J.Res. 281 and H.J.Res. 282, to approve the extension of nondiscriminatory treatment with respect to the products of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria and the Mongolian People’s Republic.
