$1.9 Trillion COVID-19 Relief Bill
House Session - November 13, 1991

The House passed H.R. 2, to entitle employees to family leave in certain cases involving a birth, an adoption, or a serious health condition and temporary medical leave in certain cases involving a serious health condition, with adequate protection of the employees' employment and benefit rights, and to establish a commission to study ways of providing a salary replacement for employees who take any such leave.
