HR 549: A resolution to elect Representative Mfume of Maryland to the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct. HR 550: A resolution to adjust the ranking of majority party members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. HR 5021: A bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act for the purposes of determining the eligibility and suitability of designating a segment of the New River as a national wild and scenic river. S 2532: The bill entitled “Freedon for Russia and Emerging Eurasian Democracies and Open Markets Support Act.” HR 4111: A bill to amend the Small Business Act to provide additional loan assistance to small businesses. HR 3033: A bill to amend the Job Training Partnership Act to improve the delivery of services to hard-to-serve youth and adults. HR 4400: A bill to provide the Administrator of the Small Business Administration continued authority to administer the Small Business Innovation Research Program. HR 4250: A bill to authorize appropriations for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation. HR 4563: A bill to amend the False Claims Act to provide certain limitations on federal employees filing qui tam actions. HR 2731: A bill to allow federal tort claims arising from certain acts of customs of other law enforcement officers, and to extend to the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to settle claims for damages resulting from law enforcement activities of the Customs Service. HR 4776: A bill to amend the Contract Services for Drug Dependent Federal Offenders Act of 1978 to provide additional authorizations of appropriations. S 1963: A bill to amend title twenty-eight, United States Code, to provide a member of the United States Sentencing Commission whose term has expired may continue to serve until a successor has been appointed or until the expiration of the next session of Congress. HR 4412: A bill relating to fair use of copyrighted works. HR 5013: A bill promote the conservation of exotic wild birds. HR 4615: A bill to contribute to the conservation of the northern spotted owl and the protection of old growth resources through support for an experimental management program on state-owned trust lands on the western Olympic Peninsula of the State of Washington. S 1731: A bill to establish the policy of United States with respect to Hong Kong. HCR 355: A resolution concerning Israel’s recent elections and the visit by Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin to the United States. HR 554: A resolution concerning the situation in Bosnia-Hercegovina. HJR 454: A resolution to provide for the expeditious disclosure of records relevant to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. HR 2144: A bill to provide restoration of the federal trust relationship with and assistance to the terminated tribes of California Indians and the individual members thereof; to extend federal recognition to certain Indian tribes in California; to establish administrative procedures and guidelines to clarify the status of certain Indian tribes in California; and to establish a federal commission on policies and programs affecting California Indians. HR 5466: A bill to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to enhance competition among air carriers by prohibiting an air carrier who operates a computer reservation system from discriminating against other air carriers, participating in the system and among travel agents which subscribe to the system.
