HR 2607: A bill to authorize activities under the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1990. S 3001: A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to prevent a reduction in the adjusted cost of the thrifty food plan during fiscal year 1993. SCR 135: A resolution to provide for a conditional recess or adjournment of the Senate and the House.
