House Approves Rule for Foreign Aid Bills, 316-94
House Session - February 17, 1993

The U.S. House of Representatives met to debate reauthorization of Federal Family Planning Programs. Members introduced a number of amendments to the bill. Also during this session members gave one minute speeches on a variety of topics. The House adjourned for the day pending an address by President Bill Clinton before a joint session of the House and Senate.
