House Approves $1.2 Trillion Spending Bill
House Session - March 23, 1993

House Members began their day with individual one minute talks on any topic of their choice. Following these talks, they took up debate on seven different bills under suspension of the rules. The domestic airline industry was a topic of discussion. Concerns had been raised because the airlines had lost eight to nine billion dollars over the last three years. Land exchange agreements in Idaho were also discussed.
