U.S. House Of Representatives session of the house debated Unemployment Insurance Extension Bill. This bill would apply to persons whose unemployment benefits recently expired. The extension would vary from state to state, depending on employment levels. The House also took up the FY '1994 bill for Veterans affairs and the department of housing development.
