Text of Continuing Resolution to Fund the Government
House Session - May 12, 1994

After One Minute speeches, the House debated H.R.2442, a bill to reauthorize Appropriations under the Public Works Development Act of 1965 with an amendment to abolish the Economic Development Authorization. Other amendments dealt with nonprofit corporations and developing public facilities in Appalachia. Afterward, a bill on interstate banking was debated, and then the Montana Wilderness Act and the Head Start act. The session ended with Special Order speeches.
