House Approves $1.2 Trillion Spending Bill
House Session - February 22, 1995

The House approved two bills. One is a $3.2 billion measure to fund peacekeeping operations around the world. Defense and domestic spending cuts would be used to pay for the program. The other measure is designed to limit paperwork at federal agencies and encourage the government to make better use of new technologies.
