After One Minute Speeches, the House debated and then voted on a bill to make changes to the US Patent system. The change would restructure the US Patent and trademark office and laws on patent applications. Bills that were also voted on were spending for the US Fire Administration, and environmental bills for the coral reefs, African elephant, federal land in Nevada and the Leaking Underground Storage Tank program (L.U.S.T).
