JOURNAL PROCEEDINGS POSTPONED - The Speaker put the question on agreeing to the Journal of Wednesday, March 28, by voice vote and announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. McNulty objected to the voice vote pending the absence of a quorum. The Speaker subsequently postponed further proceedings on the Journal until later in the day and the point of no quorum was withdrawn.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. McNulty to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
