The House Will Convene At 10:00 AM Today
House Session - February 28, 2014

Following one minute speeches, the House began debate on a bill (HR 899) that would require independent agencies to conduct analyses of their proposed rules on the private sector as well as on state and local governments.

Then the House held its first and only vote series of the day on amendments with requested votes including a possible motion to recommit and final passage of Unfunded Mandates Information and Transparency bill.
