The House debated and passed a rule covering three upcoming bills dealing with: Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Land; Sex, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation; and prescription drug costs. Members then approved the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Reservation Reaffirmation Act, which reaffirms the tribe reservation as trust land in Massachusetts, and two bills debated earlier under suspension of the rules. House Democrats led by Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) read portions of the redacted version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.They began reading parts of the report the previous Thursday.
