The House voted on and passed a rule governing two bills to be voted on later in the week. One bill would reverse Trump administration changes to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ((CFPB). The other measure would provide more flexibility for retirement savings plans. Then, members considered nine bills under suspension of the rules, all involving veterans benefits and suicide prevention. During one-minute speeches, several members spoke about the 100th anniversary of House passage of the 19th Amendment, which acknowledged women's right to vote.
