In a 232-196 vote, the House debated and passed a resolution laying out the rules in the impeachment inquiry of President Trump, including public hearings, and rights for the president and minority party. Voting for the measure were all but two Democrats, Representatives Jeff Van Drew (D-NJ) and Collin Peterson (D-MN), and Justin Amash (I-MI). All Republicans voted against it. Lawmakers also passed H.R. 823, the Colorado Outdoor Recreation and Economy Act.
