House Session - January 28, 2020

The House began debate on two Iran-related bills. The first would repeal the 2002 congressional authorization for the use of military force against Iraq. Members also considered four suspension bills, including a resolution "supporting the rights of the people of Iran to free expression and condemning Iranian regime for its crackdown on legitimate protest."
