House Passes $1.9 Trillion COVID-19 Relief Bill, 219-212
House Session - May 28, 2020

The House approved changes to the Paycheck Protection Program, which provides loans and grants to businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic, but members rejected legislation to make some information about those loans public and how the money was being spent. Lawmakers also passed several bills dealing with veterans benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs building projects, and executive salaries.
