House Passes $1.9 Trillion COVID-19 Relief Bill, 219-212
House Session - November 18, 2020

The House considered a number of suspension bills concerning human rights, including a resolution condemning the poisoning of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. Members also voted in favor of going to conference with the Senate on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which sets defense programs and policies for fiscal year 2021.
