House Approves $1.2 Trillion Spending Bill
House Session - June 22, 2021

The House considered 18 suspension bills under suspension of the rules, including legislation making it a federal crime to engage in any schemes to defraud a veteran of their federal veterans' benefits; requiring the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to study the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on injuries and deaths associated with consumer products and the Commerce Department to study and report on the effects of the pandemic on the travel and tourism industry; and banning the sale of crib bumpers or inclined sleepers for infants.
