The House approved legislation to prevent employers from using forced arbitration for sexual assault and harassment disputes in the workplace, giving employees the opportunity to take legal action instead. The bill passed with bipartisan support. Members also passed a bill debated previously under suspension of the rules, and observed a moment of silence for the more than 900,000 Americans who have died from COVID-19.
