The House passed three bills dealing with: preventing domestic terrorism; addressing the current baby formula shortage; and investments in low-income communities. Members also approved a bill naming a courthouse in Florida and a post office in California, and they passed 13 bills under suspension of the rules, including one that would allow low-income women to buy more baby formula through the federal Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program.
