The United States Senate passed H.J.Res. 157, to make technical corrections and to correct enrollment errors in certain acts making appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991. The Senate agreed to the conference report on H.R. 2100, to authorize appropriations for military functions of the Department of Defense and to prescribe military personnel levels for fiscal years 1992 and 1993. The Senate passed S.J.Res. 198, to recognize contributions provided by federal civilian employees during the attack on Pearl Harbor and during World War II.
