HCR 287: A resolution to set forth the congressional budget for the U.S. government for the fiscal years 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997. HR 4572: A resolution to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to waive certain requirements under the Medicaid program during 1992 and 1993 for health maintenance organizations operated by the Dayton Area Health Plan in Dayton, Ohio. S 2620: A bill to amend title VII of the Public Health Service Act to correct a technical oversight in the DIsadvanteged Minority Health Improvement Act of 1990 by making schools of osteopathic medicine eligible to participate in the Centers of Excellence program. HR 429: A resolution to amend certain Federal reclamation laws to improve enforcement of acreage limitations. HR 2454: A resolution to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to impose debarments and other penalties for illegal activities involving the approval of abbreviated drug applications under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
