House Approves Rule for Foreign Aid Bills, 316-94
Senate Session - June 25, 1992

Senators debated HJR 517: A resolution to provide for a settlement of the railroad labor-management disputes between certain railroads and certain of their employees. After nearly sixteen hours of debate that many of the Senators participated in, a motion was made to table the Wellstone Amendment to H.J. Res. 517, a resolution to solve the Rail Labor Dispute. A Roll Call Vote was called.
