HR 5925: A bill to amend title seven of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to establish a revolving fund for use by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to provide education, technical assistance, and training relating to the laws administered by the commission. S 1146: A bill to establish programs at the National Science Foundation to strengthen and improve the scientific and technical education capabilities of associate-degree-granting institutions. S 3155: A bill to establish the National Indian Policy Research Institute. HR 5377: A bill to amend the Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990 to provide adequate time for implementation of that Act. S 3309: A bill to amend the Peace Corps Act to authorize appropriations for the Peace Corps for fiscal year 1993 and to establish a Peace Corps foreign exchange fluctuations account. SCR 140: A resolution relating to humanitarian relief and the human rights situation in Somalia. HR 4841: A bill to grant the consent of the Congress to the New Hampshire-Maine Interstate School Compact. S 3157: A bill to provide for a National Native American Veterans' Memorial. HR 2144: A bill to establish the Advisory Council on California Indian Policy. S 3312: A bill entitled, “Cancer Registries Amendment Act.” SCR 134: A resolution to commend the people of the Philippines for successfully conducting peaceful general elections and to congratulate Fidel Ramos for his election to the presidency of the Philippines. SR 150: A resolution to express the sense of the Senate urging the president of the United States to permit the extradition of fugitive Nazi war criminal Alois Brunner. SR 346: A resolution to express the sense of the Senate regarding the capture on September 12, 1992, of the Peruvian communist and terrorist leader, Abimael Guzman. SR 351: A resolution to commend the people of Thailand for successfully conducting peaceful general elections and to congratulate Thailand’s pro-democracy parties on their victory. SR 301: A resolution relating to ongoing violence connected with apartheid in South Africa. S 2977: A bill to establish within the Bureau of Indian Affairs a program to improve the management of rangelands and farmlands and the production of agricultural resources on Indian lands. S 2201: A bill to authorize the admission to the United States of certain scientists of the Commonwealth of Independent States as employment-based immigrants under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
