House Approves Rule for Foreign Aid Bills, 316-94
Senate Session - May 6, 1994

The United States Senate resumed to have discussion on the gift ban bill. This bill is aimed at prohibiting lobbyist and other groups from giving members of congress gifts and donations for favors in return. Senators will then address the National Environmental Technology Act and will debate the Bosnia Arms Embargo bill.
