The bill deals with the President’s decision to certify Mexico as a U.S. ally in controlling illegal drugs. It says there’s been Ineffective and insufficient progress to stop drug production traffic through Mexico. It would also require the President to report by September on Mexico & U.S. progress in controlling drugs.
