Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act--Conference Report: By a unanimous vote of 87 yeas (Vote No. 133), Senate agreed to the conference report on S. 761, to regulate interstate commerce by electronic means by permitting and encouraging the continued expansion of electronic commerce through the operation of free market forces, clearing the measure for the President.
