House Approves Rule for Foreign Aid Bills, 316-94
Senate Session - October 3, 2000

The Senate will convene at 9:30 am to resume consideration of S. 2045, the American Competitiveness in the 21st Century Act of 2000, re: H-1B Visas. The vote on final passage of S. 2045 will occur at 10:00 followed by a vote on final passage of H.R. 3767, the Visa Waiver Permanent Program Act. The Senate will then proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of several Nominations.
