Senate Session - July 26, 2017

The Senate resumed debate on H.R.1628, the American Health Care Act. Among the amendments considered were one by Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) that would have repealed most of the Affordable Care Act with a two-year delay. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said his party would not offer any more amendments until Republicans revealed its new health care repeal and replace bill.
