Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 707 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit with or without instructions. Waives clause 4(a) of Rule XIII. Authorizes the Chairman of the Committee of the Whole to postpone votes during consideration and reduce votes to 5 minutes on a postponed q;uestion if the vote follows a fifteen minute vote. At the conclusion of consideration of the bill for amendment, the Committee shall rise and report the bill to the House with such amendments as may have been adopted. Any Member may demand a separate vote in the House with such amendments as may have been adopted. Measure will be read by title. Bill is open to amendments.
