DEBATE - The House proceeded with ten minutes of debate on the Sinema motion to recommit with instructions, pending reservation of a point of order. The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendent ensuring that nothing in the underlying bill shall be construed as prohibiting health care services from being provided to a woman by an institution, agency, entity, or person so long as such services are provided to protect the health of a woman.
