CPAC hosted several potential Republican presidential contenders at it conference. Rep. Kasich talked about why he is a conservative and what it means to him to be conservative. He spoke against centralizing power in one person or group and that the country should be run from the bottom up. He mentioned that parents should decide where their children go to school. He said that his mission is to let people have their power back. He responded to questions from the audience. Mr. Bauer talked about the accomplishments of President Reagan and the importance of his values and ideas. He described why he disagrees with President Clinton’s agenda. He also talked about the conservative agenda. He responded to questions from the audience. close
