Kosovo Peace Agreement

President Bill Clinton addressed the nation about the Kosovo peace agreement ending the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. The agreement stipulates the pullout of all Serbian forces from Kosovo and the introduction of a NATO-led peacekeeping force.
