The Senate continued consideration of H.R. 4328 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1991 and 1992 for the customs and trade agencies. The Senate agreed to the conference report on S. 933 to establish a clear and comprehensive prohibition of discrimination on the basis of disability. The Senate resumed consideration of S. 2104 to amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to restore and strengthen civil rights laws that ban discrimination in employment. close
