During a daily briefing at the Pentagon foreign policy analysts spoke to reporters about their study of Iraqi reconstruction efforts and the recommendations featured in their report. Among the issues they addressed were the pace of turnover of various institutions to Iraqi control, security concerns in the country, and levels of trust between Iraqis and U.S. forces. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. close
