Arguing “no” was Hadley Arkes, political science professor at Amherst University, and Genevieve Wood, Vice President of the Family Research Council. Each debate team was also joined by a Boston University student. Following formal arguments debaters responded to points and questions brought by the audience. Members of he affirmative team won the debate.
