The U.S. Supreme Court heard the case, Ashcroft v. Raich, which dealt with the medical use of marijuana. Following the oral arguments attorneys for the respondents spoke to reporters about the case. Randy Barnett, law professor at Boston University, argued the case on behalf Diane Monson and Angel Raich. Dr. Frank Lucido served as Ms. Raich’s primary care physician. Others spoke about the dangers of drugs and maintaining the systems for regulating drugs. close
