Participating by telephone, Stuart Taylor spoke about the grand jury for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) leak investigation. He talked about the typical process for a grand jury and said that they typically go for a maximum of 18 months. Mr. Taylor said that the prosecutor could only get one six-month extension and that was asked for in May of 2005.
