Admiral Dennis Blair (Ret.) testified about his nomination to be director of national intelligence. Among the topics he addressed were U.S. counter-terrorism schedule and legal standards for interrogation and intelligence gathering. He said that the Obama administration would conduct a review of interrogation policy, and that both military and intelligence interrogators would follow a uniform standard.
