President Obama delivered remarks on health care reform in the White House Rose Garden to doctors from across the country. In his remarks he spoke about the need for health care reform. He outlined reform proposals coming from Congressional committees working on health care legislation. The proposals include outlawing denial of coverage for pre-existing conditions, dropping coverage because of illness, and the placement of caps on coverage. close
