Eric Rosenbach, the Pentagon official in charge of cyber security, talked about the problem of cyber attacks from non-state actors, arguing that these were one of the greatest threats facing the U.S.

This was the second opening keynote address at the 4th Annual Cybersecurity Symposium, “Taking Stock of Cyber Preparedness: A Team Path to Active Resilience,” held at the Capital Hilton Hotel by the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
